Research of interrelations between status behavior and prevailing management style in a business organization

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of search for interrelationships of style and strategic parameters of social behavior. The nature of correlations between different behavior patterns is discussed at the example of prevailing management style in a business organization and strategies of status behavior. The main sets of tactics and strategies of status behavior peculiar to employees of organizations with different management styles are outlined; correlations between these parameters as well as gender differences in strategic behavioral peculiarities are analyzed. The results of the research provide the basis for further complex research of different socio-psychological aspects of status.
