Individual’s activity and his group orientation within the framework of educational process

Abstract

The article examines the relationship of activity level of the person and the individual’s group orientation in terms of the learning process. The study revealed that the most active individuals, who are usually leaders of their groups, do not comply with the opinion of the group and the group pressure, but show attention to the opinion of the group (goodwill and openness to the people), which is opposed by introversion (withdrawal).
