Specifics of dynamics of intragroup structuring in I-V grades of general education school

Abstract

The contribution presents the “frame” materials of a longitudinal research of peculiarities of intragroup structuring of educational groups - classes of primary school and on the border of primary and middle school. Basing on a long-term array of empirical data, the article shows that in the first grades, among all universally significant intragroup structures, only the structure of attraction relationships is relatively developed, although it is not valuable by itself, as it is practically a direct projection of attitudes of the form master toward specific pupils. As for the third grades, the intragroup attraction structure is really formed as informal by itself. In the fifth grades almost full-scale intragroup structures are formed in the spheres of attraction relationships. reference relationships, informal power relationships. The results of the research also show that form masters, mostly basing on “academic-role-based” characteristics of pupils, adequately identify real intragroup structure of the educational group only in the first grade.
