Restorative justice programs influence on adolescent self-consciousness

Abstract

The problems of offending behavior (criminal aggression, motivation for criminal behavior, social influence on the offender’s personality and behavior forming, gender aspects of crime) determination are investigated in most cases in special and applied branches of psychology, sociology, criminology and other humanitarian sciences. Investigations of this kind are mainly aimed at identification of negative factors leading to crime and ways of minimization of such factors. In our work we are considering theoretical issues of adolescent offenders self-consciousness and analyzing practical cases of restorative programs on the basis of TsPAiRP “Peresrestok”, MSUPE is aimed mainly on restoring the relationships between adolescents and their close. In this work the analysis of social programs influence on adolescent self-consciousness is based on practice. Theoretical analysis of adolescent self-consciousness has been carried out, in particular, adolescent offender’s perception of themselves and their relationship with the offending acts.
