Modern approaches to the analysis of factors of criminal intra-family aggression
Abstract
The article presents an analysis of modern domestic and foreign studies of the psychological mechanisms of illegal aggressive behavior and, in particular, intra-family aggression. The main factors contributing to the manifestation of aggression in general and criminal aggressive actions against family members are highlighted. It is shown that the commission of criminal violent acts by a person is based on a combination of multilevel (biological, psychological, social, economic, religious, etc.) factors, while the key determinant of aggressive behavior, including domestic violence, is the relationship between subjective and objective, individual personality characteristics and parameters of the current situation, that is, personal-situational interaction.
