Abstract

The social changes which have occurred in Russia have led to negative social factors, characteristic for transformation societies, and to an aggravation of social problems. The complex psychological conditions promote absence of understanding, occurrence of disputed situations, that leads to disintegration of families, and origin in them of criminal moods.
