Abstract

In article the system of certification of heads and experts of the state system of social services of Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous region – Jugra is described. The special attention is given to creation of conditions for the organization and duly carrying out of certification. The role of processes of certification in the field of management of the personnel is shown.
