Abstract

Organizational culture plays an important role in the management of higher education. At the present level of development of the education market with the introduction of a national project to modernize the education system organizational culture becomes a significant element in the formation of the university as an economic entity. The use of modern methods of management of organizational culture is an important step in ensuring the success of any organization.
