Youth Gangs and Subcultures: Reviewing the Projects of the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology

668

Abstract

This review analyses the two important projects carried out by the Institute of Ethology and Anthropology of the Russian Academy of Sciences: "Youth Subcultures of Moscow" and "Youth Street Gangs". The outcomes of these projects can be found in the Internet and, in the author's opinion, would be of much interest to social psychologists, as the data opens up new issues and research areas.
