Abstract
The article presents an overview of the Second International Scientific Conference Andreeva Readings «Social Psychology in the Cultural-Historical Context: Returning to the Subject Matter», held at the Faculty of Psychology of Lomonosov Moscow State University on June 19–20, 2026. It reviews the main directions of the scientific discussion devoted to the development of the subject matter of social psychology in the context of contemporary cultural-historical transformations. The significance of G.M. Andreeva's scientific legacy as a methodological foundation for the contemporary development of Russian social psychology is highlighted.
