On April 14, 2026, a round table titled “Resources and Risks of Teachers’ Professional Longevity” will be held by the journal “Extreme Psychology and Personal Safety”, dedicated to the release of the first thematic issue of the same title (2026, No. 1). Authors of the issue will present at the round table.
The following topics will be addressed:
- problems of professional longevity and psychological health of teachers, taking into account their psychological age;
- the role of stress resistance in the professional development of working teachers continuing their education in adulthood;
- resource potential of self-organizational competence and job satisfaction in overcoming fatigue in the professional activity of university teachers;
- issues of teacher burnout: the relationship between motivation and work environment factors;
- the relationship between subjective well-being and the phenomenon of professional burnout among preschool teachers;
- digitalization of the educational process as a factor of teachers’ psychological well-being.
