Abstract

In modern educational practice, there is often no coherence between the systems of personal self-educational activities of members of the teaching staff with the management system for professional development of teaching staff. Organized pedagogical self-education creates unique prerequisites for ensuring the sustainable development of an educational institution and each teacher. In this article, the attention of the public in the field of education is drawn to the problem of the need to organize directed professional self-educational activities of teachers in an educational institution in order to achieve the goals of its sustainable development. The organizational and methodological aspects of online self-education management aimed at the formation of teachers’ self-educational competence through a network form of interaction are considered. Analysis of modern theoretical material, empirical data allowed the author to highlight common features characteristic of understanding modern means of organizing ensemble self-educational online activities of teachers in an educational institution in the context of the implementation of methodological work and network interaction of teaching staff. The addressee of the presented materials are the heads of educational institutions, their deputies and teachers, who are in charge of methodological formations, whose activities directly affect the increase in the effectiveness of the organization of pedagogical self-education in an educational institution and the development of self-educational competence of members of the teaching staff.
