Abstract

The specifics of the analysis of information of digital traces during the complex forensic psychological and psychiatric examination of minors accused of illegal drug distribution are considered. It has been determined that the analysis of digital trace information is one of the methods that makes it possible to compile a holistic psychological portrait of the offender and answer the questions of the judicial and investigative authorities. Analysis of the products of the activity of the subject, his communicative activity is one of the methods that allows compiling or supplementing the psychological characteristics of a teenager, obtained as part of a face-to-face examination during the forensic psychological and psychiatric examination. For a more complete expert assessment of individual psychological characteristics, various aspects of a teenager's social interaction, regulatory aspects of a minor's mental activity in legally significant situations, experts should navigate the structure of the digital environment, social networks, current trends associated with Internet communications. One of the characteristics of teenagers' behavior in the Internet space is a feeling of greater security and readiness for more risky behavior, since they act relatively anonymously, remotely and do not have a direct confrontation with the consequences of their actions. It is indicated that when planning and implementing criminal actions by minors directly on the Internet, the analysis of information from digital traces is a key method for assessing the ability of a teenager to arbitrarily regulate his behavior.
