The Problem of the Functional and Technological Gap in the Subjects of Educational Activities in the Context of Digital Transformation of Education
Abstract
The work considers the problems of issues related to the phenomenon of the development of functional and technological adaptation among subjects of educational activity in the context of decisive socio-cultural changes and the qualitative state of the information and communication space and the field of education within the framework of its digital transformation. Theoretical and methodological generalizations of the author were carried out in the process of research carried out at the Polessky State University (Republic of Belarus) on the topic of research at the Department of Economics and Business. The importance of the studied issues is updated by the practical implementation of the provisions of the Concept of Digital Transformation of Processes in the Education System of the Republic of Belarus for 2019-2025, as well as the procedural development of components of the educational segment of the unified Republican Information and Educational Environment in the context of the integration of innovative information and communication technologies and high-tech technical solutions into the educational process. The author comprehends the genesis of the situation of low-level adaptation of interacting subjects of educational activity to dynamic changes in the information and communication space and system-environment organization in educational institutions. The author's theoretical and methodological generalizations consider the organizational and pedagogical conditions for overcoming this problem through the fulfillment of the basic requirement in his imperative to ensure in the conditions of digital transformation of the educational sphere at all structural levels of continuous education its qualitative status state, determined in the qualitative characteristics of systemically organized, flexible and mobile, independent, advanced and distributed education.
