Передача знаний: обзор основных моделей и технологий

Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены основные модели и технологии передачи знаний, выработанные в исследованиях организационных процессов на предприятии. Показана практическая необходимость в методах, позволяющих выявить те компоненты знаний, которые определяют специфику и ноу-хау предприятия. Предложен инструментарий, разработанный в рамках парадигмы воспринимаемого качества. Его применение направлено на выявление и передачу тех знаний специалиста, которые определяют его индивидуальный опыт выполнения конкретной практической деятельности. Процесс выявления и передачи опыта трактуется как «проектирование» его воспринимаемого качества. Результатом проектирования становится технологическое средство, позволяющее воспроизведение и презентацию совокупности существенных компонентов опыта так, чтобы формировать у других людей соответствующее воспринимаемое качество.

Согласно современным представлениям, передача знаний в широком смысле включает в себя не только обмен знаниями, но также их приобретение и применение. Эффективная передача знаний требует способности поглощать, разъяснять, интерпретировать и применять новые знания.
