Дистанционная когнитивно-поведенческая психотерапия синдрома раздраженного кишечника: специфика и эффективность

Аннотация

На данный момент синдром раздраженного кишечника (СРК) является распространенным изнурительным функциональным расстройством желудочно-кишечного тракта. В статье впервые описаны биопсихосоциальная модель и порочный круг развития СРК. Представлен терапевтический маршрут сопровождения пациентов с СРК, включающий в себя медикаментозные и немедикаментозные подходы. На основе анализа зарубежных рекомендаций по лечению СРК показано, что «золотым стандартом» немедикаментозного лечения является очная и дистанционная когнитивно-поведенческая психотерапия (КПП). Представлены преимущества дистанционной формы когнитивно-поведенческой психотерапии СРК, систематизированы психотерапевтические мишени и детально описана структура. Представлен протокол отслеживания симптомов раздраженного кишечника. На основе проведенного анализа зарубежных исследований представлена эффективность и ограниченность протоколов дистанционной КПП при лечении синдрома раздраженного кишечника.
