«Тьма над бездной»: супервизия бригад экстренной помощи

Аннотация

Автор данной статьи, обладая опытом кризисного вмешательства, а также супервизии специалистов, работавших с жертвами критических событий непосредственно во время и после трагедии, вводит понятие «сострадательное истощение», обозначая им вторичное травматическое стрессовое расстройство, симптомы которого начинают проявляться у этих людей. Размышляя над данным явлением и пытаясь понять его корни, он опирается на психосоциальные и антропологические подходы. В статье раскрывается многофакторная модель Basic Ph, позволяющая классифицировать методы работы с феноменом сострадательного истощения, и приводится пример групповой супервизии.
