Аннотация

Статья является аналитическим обзором актуальных зарубежных рекомендаций для среднего и высшего образования относительно повышения эффективности онлайн-обучения посредством трансформации содержания программ и курсов, платформ, вариантов оценки знаний и взаимодействия преподавателя и учащихся. Кратко описаны современные исследования в области повышения эффективности онлайн-образования с методологической (организация процесса), психологической (мотивация, работа с материалом и коммуникация) и технической (платформы и технические решения) точек зрения.
