Культурные ценностные ориентации: природа и следствия национальных различий
Аннотация
В статье представлены теория и метод измерения культурных ценностных ориентаций, предложенные Ш. Шварцем. Анализируется природа культурных ценностей как базовых элементов культуры. На основе эмпирических исследований, выполненных в 84 странах мира под руководством автора, выделяются 8 различных культурных ареалов, строится карта расположения стран вдоль 7 базовых культурных ценностных ориентаций: Принадлежности, Интеллектуальной и Аффективной Автономии, Иерархии, Равноправия, Мастерства, Гармонии. Приводятся корреляции ценностей с уровнем социально-экономического развития, типами экономических и политических систем.
