Manuscripts are provided by e-mail in .DOC or .RTF format. Figures, tables, photographs and the like materials should be numbered separately and sent separately in .XLS, .JPG, .TIFF, .GIF or .PDF files.
Manuscripts should be prepared according to the following recommendations:

The article contents should refer to the journal thematic.

Manuscripts should follow the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, Sixth Edition. http://www.apastyle.org/manual/index.aspx exept references list.

The manuscript (including references) should not exceed 25,000 symbols (with spaces).

The manuscript should include abstract and keywords:
4.1. Recommended abstract length is 1000 to 1200 symbols. It should be proportional to the article length: the longer is the article, the longer is the abstract.
4.2. Abstract should be precise enough to represent the essence of the article. It should contain the following key elements:
For a research article: aim of research, sample and methods, results, conclusions and further recommendations.
For a discussion article: the main theme, its development, the author’s own perspective, summary and conclusions.
For a review article: the scope of reference, types of literature sources, their significance and conclusions on importance and application of the data reviewed.
4.3. Abstracts should not contain tables or illustrations and literature references. -
References
References are formatted according to the APA (6th ed.) standards. List of references should be linked with the text body of the paper. The references should be placed in square brackets [1], with number of the cited work specified according to its place in the list in alphabetical order. Be sure to provide full information about each cited work (publisher, place and year of issue, number of pages).
A references list should include not less 15 items for research or theoretical articles and 35 items for review. Most of references list should be published within 5 years from the current moment.

The editorial board contacts the authors only in case of accepting they manuscripts for publishing. Editorial reviews of the manuscripts are purposed for internal usage only. In case of publication refusal the editorial board does not carry out any theoretical discussions.
