The System of Emergency and Crisis Psychological Aid for the Participants of Educational Relations: The Experience of the Federal Coordination Center for Provision of Psychological Services in Education System of the Russian Federation

Abstract

This paper examines the experience of providing emergency and crisis psychological assistance to participants in educational relations by specialists of the Federal Coordination Center for Providing Psychological Services in the Education System of the Russian Federation of the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education. Theoretical approaches to determining the psychological consequences of crisis situations are considered, the specific features and stages of emergency and crisis psychological care, which formed the basis of the presented system, are described. The article highlights the practice of specialists in emergency situations involving adolescences (armed attacks in educational organizations, suicide cases, road accidents and other accidents with the presence of victims and victims among adolescences, etc.), as well as with participants in educational relations living or evacuated from high-risk territories (including territories involved in the consequences of hostilities actions).
