The practice-related significance of the journal is familiarizing of readers (scientists, lecturers, teachers, students seeking for bachelor and master degrees, post-graduate students) with fundamental and applied studies in psychology; with methodology and practice of modern foreign studies  in various domains of psychological sciences, with perspectives and innovations  in the sphere of higher education abroad, with questions of arrangement and development of various international  psychological services in comparison with the ones in national studies.
