Abstract

Using the metaphor of change can overcome the difficulties experienced by adolescents and restore the normal course of their development. Also, the metaphor can help teenagers realize the "age task." An experimental study showed that the systematic use of the metaphor of change in high school age, focused on age-related problems, has a beneficial effect on the dynamics of personal development.
