Analysis of the state of the educational process and the adoption of adequate management decisions (Educational complex No. 1859 of the North-Western District of Moscow)
Abstract
The article discusses the problems of school management and the effectiveness of management decisions. The author believes that the head of the structural unit of the school should set a task for teachers so that they understand and accept it as a problematic situation and get involved in its solution. Diagnostic results can be considered reliable and reflect the real state of affairs when the teacher accepted the problem as significant not only for the team, but also for himself.
