Abstract

The author considers the impact of a person's social life on their mental development. The task of the study is to analyze the socio-historical formation of mental processes. The author investigated the most important forms of cognitive processes - perception, communication, inference, and analysis of his inner life. Social and historical development not only introduces new content into the human psychic world, but also leads to the creation of new forms of conscious activity, new structures of cognitive processes, translates human consciousness to new levels.
