Abstract

The author describes the experience of creating a school of individualized learning. The author introduces the concept of "targeted learning model." It includes highlighting the most significant individual differences for training. On the basis of such diagnostics, it becomes possible to prepare and distribute a set of educational tasks, form training groups taking into account the zone of immediate development of its participants, as well as organize monitoring of the development of subject content.
