A Programme for Activating and Developing the Professional Orientation of the Teacher’s Per-sonality
Abstract
The proposed program allows teachers to re-examine themselves as professionals and individuals, and encourages them to evaluate the range of tools, techniques, and methods they use in their practice. The program is conducted individually, using role-playing techniques, in which the teacher assumes the role of a practicing psychologist, working with themselves as a client.
