Abstract

The article presents the results of a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of increasing the motivation of the teacher's professional activity. The main factors of satisfaction with teacher's work are considered. On the basis of the program developed by the author, an approach to solving the problem of personal growth of both the teacher and the student is proposed through training the teacher to conduct training sessions (humanistic orientation) with students. The question was raised about the introduction of such an additional form of assessment of the teacher's work as "increasing the complex development of the student."
