Abstract

The article reveals the necessity of psycho logical support of participants of the contest "Teacher of the Year ". The author shows how important for participants is to meet with a psy chologist before the beginning of the contest to train them methods of selfcontrol, selfreflec tion and to understand the problem zones. The author considers that meeting with a psy chologist will help a teacher to develop and realize his or her creative potential.
