The analysis of maternal difficulties in relations with a child (on a material of younger school age)

Abstract

The article is devoted to systematization of the problems which parents have in relations with their children and studying of their psychological bases. The first part of the article gives the classification of parents complaints of children from 5 till 11 years old, who turned for psychological help. The analysis shows that the most difficult for parents is the younger school age when the main difficulties are concerned educational activity of a child. The second part contains the experimental research of psychological reasons of the parents difficulties of younger schoolchildren. On the basis of the results of natural experiment and parents questioning the author revealed 8 types of problem forms of mother and child interaction. In conclusion the author analyses the main psychological reasons of mothers' difficulties in relation to a child.
