The attachment's peculiarities in child's-and-parents and in love relations of senior teenagers

Abstract

The goal of the given work was to define the impact of the emotional part of child's-parents relations in love relations of the senior teenagers. The senior students of Moscow schools were the subjects of the research. Basing on Bowlby's and Ainsworth's concept of attachment and having analysed the literature on the problem of methods of studying of attachment after early childhood the author made the attempt to develop «The Questionnaire of attachment to parents for the senior teenagers», to define the prevailing type of attachment in relations with each of the parents according three classical types of attachment. The author used «The Scale of Anxious Roman tic Attachment» [C.G. Hindy, J.C. Schwarz, 1994] and «The Questionnaire of attachment in love relations» [J.A. Simpson, 1990] to define the peculiarities in love relations of teenagers. The results revealed statistically significant relation of anxious attachment in love and child's-and-parents relations both with the father and mother.
