Features of the interaction of teachers with students classes with mixed composition ethnocultural

Abstract

Purpose of the article – identify the main difficulties in the interaction of teachers with students in classes with mixed ethnic and cultural composition. The author argues that students perceive the teacher inokulturnye less positively than the Russian. As one of the reasons he sees the presence of between teachers and students of communication barriers. The most serious problems between teachers and students generate semantic barriers. They are caused by the fact that the language in which learning takes place inokulturnyh children is a matter of fact for the foreign. The article also discusses the barriers associated with non-verbal behavior. It is shown that if teacher and student, belong to different cultural traditions in the use of non-verbal signals, messages may be distorted in various fields. Barriers to cross-cultural interactions can act and features of national and ethnic awareness of different cultures, as well as differences in the functioning of families.
