Abstract

The article discusses the reasons for insufficient circulation of the developing education systems, and the Elkonin-Davydov system in particular. The following reasons are seen as the main ones: the unpreparedness of the most graduates of pedagogical institutes to implement the developing technologies and the absence of the established system of post-graduate training in this area. The qualities that a teacher should have for the successful school courses teaching as part of a developing technology (on the example of the course “The World Around”) are discussed. The following directions of the development of these qualities are considered as the main ones: the development of the appropriate objectives; introduction to the conceptual foundations of developing technologies and to the methodological features of their implementation in the teaching of various academic disciplines; focus on those fields of domain knowledge, elements of which are included in school curricula; the integration into a single course framework the methodological and substantive preparations; the use of business games that imitate a school lesson; the performance and analysis of trial lessons at school.
