Moral potential of psychological preparation of a specialist in terms of solution of theoretical and practical problems of giftedness

The article discusses the problem of giftedness on new methodological and organizational level. It is stated that at the present time work with gifted youths is done using old theoretical, psychological and practical resources. Problem of effectiveness of work with the gifted can not be reduced to the inadequacy of scale but includes lack of consistency in organization of such work. The article justifies the necessity of introduction of fundamentally new productive forms of assignment education which can provide a high level of psychological competence of future educators. A complex of priority tasks is marked out: creation of a consistent methodological base for identification of gifted children, development of principles and conditions of a special educational environment, creation of a national diagnostics system, realization of specialized psychological and educational trajectories in ordinary regular schools.
