Effective school director in representations of heads of educational institutions

Abstract

We present the results of the preparatory phase of the research project devoted to the study of how the subjects of the educational process understand the transformation of the education system. The study is based on the ideas of the theory of social representations, formed in accordance with the structural approach of the theory of social representations, P. Vergès prototypical analysis is used to identify and analyze the structure of representation. This article analyzes the social representations of heads of educational institutions in Moscow, discusses the features of the structure of their ideas about effective principals. The hypothesis based on the study results is to be checked in the main phase of the study, the conclusions are drawn on sampling for the subsequent stages of the research project.
