German-Russian exchange of experience in the field of juvenile technologies: based on the project " Childhood under the protection"

This article forestalls the theme issue “Psychology & Law” which is one of the results of project "Childhood under the protection: german-russian exchange of experience in the field of juvenile technologies", carried out in MSUPE during the year of Germany in Russia in 2012-2013. This project was realized by three MSUPE departments: Laboratory of Juvenile Technologies, faculty of legal psychology & Center of social-psychological adolescents adaptation & development “Crossroads”. The projects consists of goals, tasks, events, information about german & Russian participants. The results of exchange, materials about facilities & technologies of effective childhood defense system are given in this article. All levels of authorities, public & civil institutions and professional practices are involved. In perspective MSUPE & german partners teamwork should develop research & educational programs either academic & expert exchange.
