Abstract

This article describes the prospects of the institute of non-escorted movements during of resocialization convicted persons and features of psychological support of convicts who serve their sentence in such conditions. We consider determinants and psychological characteristics of convicted youth’s personality transformation having the right of non-escorted movements. We expect the features of convicted youth’s personality transformation at various stages during non-escorted movements, including the role of the external determinants and impact of personality characteristics. We implemented integral and individual psychological differentiation of convicted youths who have the right of non-escorted movements. We substantiate the main directions of psychological support of convicted youths, having the right of non-escorted movements outside of correctional institutions, and their effective implementation to block the destructive transformation of personality in the circumstances of imprisonment.
