Abstract

The article considers the views of K. E. Tsiolkovsky on the problems of the correlation of Universe and society in the context of understanding of man as part of the cosmos in the spirit of the relationship of micro- and macrocosm. Detected paradigmatic base of these views, back to the archaic layers of the traditional worldview by Indo-European peoples.
