1796

Abstract

The article presents the new line of investigation of small groups that combines functional and structural-dynamic approaches to joint activity and group's behavior research. The concept of group's reliability is grounded; dynamic approach to joint activity and group's behavior research is defined. It is shown that combination of subjectivity, orderliness and reliability provides a group with the status of a subject of joint activity, communication and relationships. The casual link between group's orderliness and reliability is revealed.
