Features of Bank Employees' Professional Attitude to Activity and Organization

Abstract

The paper describes results of an empirical research on personality determinants (first of all, locus of control) of professional attitude to activity in bank employees. The research revealed that the importance of personal achievements, career development, initiative and influence in activity for the subjects increases with the level of their locus of control. Basing on the research outcomes, the paper provides some recommendations concerning employee recruitment.
