On the Problem of Transition from Executive (Teaching) Activity to Management: Conceptual Interpretation and Theoretical Model

Abstract

The paper describes a theoretical model of transition from executive activity to management using teaching activity as an example. This transition is explained in terms of management process of meaning¬making that has its own stages and is generally aimed at the formation of psychological readiness for the transition to management.
