The Contribution of B.G. Ananyev’s School Concept to Development of Methodological Issues of Childhood Clinical Psychology

Abstract

This article is focused on description of theoretical and methodological directions of pediatric clinical psychology based on the research results conducted under the guidance of B. G. Ananiev’s Leningrad Psychological School. Based on the Ananyev school’s fundamental scientifi c principles, the present article underlines the importance of these results in psychological diagnostics and in psychological treatment of children with diff erent types of developmental disturbances.
