Psychological, Pedagogical and Organizational Problems and Results of the 2020–2021 Academic Year



After the «big» quarantine of 2020–2021, we can honestly admit that no one was fully ready for the absolute transfer of the educational process to the online format: neither university administrations, nor technical specialists, nor teachers, nor students. The transition to a one-and-a-half-year distance was a big surprise and a serious test for the entire educational system of the world. On the basis of the Ufa State Aviation Technical University, the authors conducted a pedagogical study on the topic «Psychological, pedagogical and organizational problems and the results of the 2020–2021 academic year». In conversations with employees and students of UGATU, we found out what main issues of a psychological, pedagogical and organizational nature universities faced at a distance, what and how the theoretical «ideal» scenario of online learning differed from the real one. The respondents told what issues had to be solved first of all in the spring of 2020, what were the main «pitfalls» of the distance, what knowledge and what support they lacked. So how should «proper» online learning be built? What conclusions should be drawn? What achievements of the» quarantine « year should be preserved and implemented in the educational process? Our article provides answers to these and other important questions.
