Development of Constituent Elements of Primary School Students Theoretical Thinking

Abstract

The report presents the possibility of using the author’s computer method for the development of the main components of theoretical thinking in primary schoolchildren: analysis, planning and reflection. Some provisions of the scientific school of V.V. Davydov are detailed in the meaning of relation to joint activity of younger schoolchildren with educational cases set in the form of a game by means of a developmental computer technique, designed on the basis of the principles of the theory of developmental education and social-genetic psychology. The experimental study involved 120 schoolchildren at the age of 10–12 years old, studying at school № 1505 “Preobrazhenskaya”. The data show that the educational situation in the form of a joint game contributes to the development of students’ actions of analysis, planning and reflection.
