Abstract

The end of the XX and the beginning of the XXI century became the time of one of the largest technological breakthroughs in the history of mankind. It is characterized by both the breadth of coverage, a very large range of economic sectors is involved – energy, transport, education, medicine and genetics, space, information technologies of all kinds, and the depth of the impact on society, at the moment we are talking about fundamental social changes that have either already begun or are predicted in the near future. The presence of digital technologies in the economy and management, in life has become so commonplace that we hardly remember the state of "before" – without a word processor, Internet, navigators, computed tomography, bank cards, electronic databases. The next stage of progress – the development of artificial intelligence - as the highest stage of technology development, will make the presence of digital technologies ubiquitous and even more insinuating: transport, medicine, education, management of companies and states – everything already relies heavily on digital technologies. The active development of digitalization is associated with technologies based on the use of artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence), the introduction of e-learning systems into the traditional educational process leads to the emergence of methods aimed at creating fundamentally new scientific and technical products. The article discusses the complexes of technological solutions, the features and methods of artificial intelligence technologies, data processing processes and services, and the search for solutions. The determining factors of AI development technologies and the advantages that its use in the educational environment gives are analyzed.
