Organization of Methodological Support for Teachers' Training Implemented by Means of Informal Education

28

Abstract

Formal education in modern conditions lags behind the cognitive demands and needs of the teaching community. The development of digital educational and developmental content provides enormous opportunities to meet professional needs. The objectives of the control subsystem are to use the capabilities of digital informal education to improve the competence of teachers, the formation of scientific and methodological support for this process, the creation of a system for diagnosing professional competence and identifying deficiencies. The implementation of the concept of a unified federal scientific and methodological system for supporting teaching staff at this stage is also accompanied by voluntary diagnostics of professional deficiencies of teachers and the formation of an individual educational route based on formal education. The research consists of designing a digital educational environment for the development of professional competencies of teachers through informal education. Since informal education has a number of features, such as interdisciplinarity, diversity, spontaneity, lack of standards and assessments, the use of informal education in solving certain problems should have its own organizational and methodological model. This model is promising for use not only for teaching staff, but also applicable in all professional fields.
