Abstract

The subject of the study is the organization and educational and methodological support of the educational process of retraining in the specialty «Pedagogical activity of specialists» in the distance form of education. The object of the research is the process of retraining in the system of additional adult education. It is noted that along with the objective trend of restoring the prestige of the teaching profession, there is still a shortage of professional staff in educational institutions. The first experience in the Republic of Belarus of retraining in the specialty «Pedagogical activity of specialists» in the remote form of education is described. The results of self-assessment by potential students of retraining of their level of proficiency in the skills of working in a digital educational environment are presented, which, to a certain extent, demonstrate their readiness for a distance form of obtaining pedagogical education. The content and methodological basis of the educational process of retraining are characterized. The specifics of the organization and educational and methodological support of educational interaction with students in the remote form of retraining in online and offline modes are shown. The results of the experimental educational process of retraining in the specialty «Pedagogical activity of specialists» in the distance form of education are given, its advantages and problematic facets are highlighted.
