В статье дан краткий обзор трансформаций концепции комплексной психологической травмы за тридцать лет, происшедших с момента предложения термина комплексного посттравматического стрессового расстройства (комплексного ПТСР) как клинического синдрома множественной психологической травматизации до его официального признания в качестве диагностического конструкта. Проанализирована динамика представлений о причинах и характере проявлений психологической травматизации под воздействием экстремальных стрессовых факторов, нашедшая отражение в действующих классификаторах психических и соматических расстройств. Проведен сравнительный анализ специфических характеристик различных видов психологических травм, пересекающихся с термином комплексного ПТСР в понятийном поле психологии травмы. Определены базовые характеристики комплексной психологической травмы, отличающие ее от близких к ней понятий, и намечены пути дальнейших исследований в этом направлении.
