Ассимиляционизм, мультикультурализм, этнический дальтонизм и поликультурализм в российском контексте

В данном исследовании рассматриваются взаимосвязи между идеологиями межгрупповых отношений (ассимиляционизм, этнический дальтонизм, мультикультурализм, поликультурализм) и предубеждениями русских по отношению к чеченцам, белорусам, узбекам и китайцам, а также генерализованными предубеждениями. Чтобы учесть специфический контекст межгрупповых отношений в России, мы рассматривали опыт межгруппового взаимодействия с данными этническими группами (частота и позитивность межгрупповых контактов, позитивные межгрупповые эмоции), который потенциально связан с предубеждениями и межгрупповой напряженностью, и воспринимаемую этническую плотность. Общую выборку составили 359 этнических русских (женщин — 46,5%; мужчин — 53,5%) из ЦФО РФ в возрасте от 16 до 68 лет (М = 33,9; SD = 11,9). Результаты показали, что этнический дальтонизм и поликультурализм отрицательно связаны с генерализованными предубеждениями и предубеждениями относительно чеченцев, узбеков и китайцев, но не с предубеждениями относительно белорусов, которые имеют отрицательную взаимосвязь только с мультикультурализмом. Полученные результаты были объяснены в контексте воспринимаемой культурной дистанции и существующих стереотипов по отношению к рассматриваемым этническим группам, которые, согласно оценке в рамках двух компонентов модели стереотипов С. Фиск (теплоты и компетентности), содержательно различны.

В связи с ростом этнического и культурного многообразия во многих странах, в литературе активно обсуждается вопрос о преимуществах и недостатках тех или иных идеологий межгрупповых отношений.
