От копинговых стратегий к симптомам психопатологии: моделирование структурными уравнениями, подтверждающее важность социальной поддержки

Аннотация

Введение. Адаптивные копинг-стратегии (например, когнитивная реструктуризация, решение проблем и социальная поддержка) подразумевают активные усилия субьекта по совладанию со стрессовыми ситуациями; для дезадаптивных стратегий (таких как самокритика, принятие желаемого за действительное, избегание проблем и подавление эмоций) характерны поведение и мышление, которые не направлены на изменение ситуации. Ряд исследований показали, что копинговые стратегии ухода оказывают наибольшее влияние на выраженность симптомов психопатологии. Целью настоящего исследования стала оценка связей между различными копинговыми стратегиями и их роли в возникновении психопатологической симптоматики. Метод. Данные для реализации моделирования структурными уравнениями (SEM), собирались в онлайн-формате в Германии (N = 295, 215 женщин и 76 мужчин, средний возраст 48 лет). Результаты. Самокритика и подавление эмоций увеличивают вероятность прибегания к другим неэффективным стратегиям совладания, а также увеличивают показатели психопатологической симптоматики. Наиболее значимыми из адаптивных способов совладания оказались стратегии решения проблем и поиска социальной поддержки. Возможность получить социальную поддержку играет ключевую роль, поскольку, согласно полученным в исследовании результатам, оказывает наиболее значимый эффект на снижение уровня самокритики и подавления эмоций.
